The X-Mom Luxe Standard

Every X-Mom Luxe experience is international, adults only, and limited to a maximum of 12 mothers. Private boutique accommodations. One signature cultural or fashion anchor experience per trip. Styled group content moment. Dress codes. Each destination is scheduled at peak season — the best weather, the most beauty, the right energy. This is not a vacation. This is a restoration.

How It Works

A curated process designed for the discerning mother who plans ahead.

Reserve Your Place

Pay your $400–$500 deposit through SquadTrip. Non-refundable unless This Mom-ish cancels. Limited to 12 mothers per experience.

Minimum Reached

Once we reach our minimum, the experience is confirmed. You'll receive a welcome email with next steps and vendor details.

Book Your Flights

As soon as the experience is confirmed — book your international flights immediately. The earlier you book, the better the price. Don't wait on this one.

Everything Arranged

Boutique accommodations, anchor experience, excursions, dress code guide — all arranged once the group is confirmed.

Pay on Schedule

50% due 3 months before. Final balance due 2 months before. Auto-reminders sent at each stage.

Arrive & Be Restored

You show up. Everything is handled. The only thing you need to do is be fully, unapologetically present.

When Experience Is Confirmed

Book Your International Flights

As soon as your experience is confirmed and minimum is reached — book flights immediately. For international travel, earlier booking means significantly better pricing.

3 Months Before

50% of Balance Due

Half of remaining balance due. Auto-reminder sent. Full experience details and itinerary outline shared.

2 Months Before

Final Balance Due

Full remaining balance paid. Complete itinerary, packing guide, dress codes, and all logistics confirmed and sent.

If X-Mom Cancels

Full refund of every payment including your deposit. No exceptions. Your investment is protected.

If You Cancel

Deposit is non-refundable. If you cancel after the minimum is reached, no refund is issued. We strongly recommend travel insurance.

If Minimum Not Reached

If minimum is not reached by the booking deadline, all payments except your deposit are fully refunded.

Group Maximum

All This Mom-ish caps X-Mom Luxe experiences at 12 mothers. Once sold out, a waitlist opens. Book early.
